With 15 years’ experience in the Higher Education sector, Adrian has done everything from system implementation, major data migrations, business process overhauls and establishment of high performing system management teams. As the leader of multiple Advancement Services operations, Adrian’s focus is on strategic management, system implementation and take up, data advocacy and using data to better inform decision making.

Adrian’s experience has been in Team Leadership, Database Management, Reporting and Analysis and technical configuration. He has extensive experience utilising all Blackbaud products, IMIS, Tableau, Crystal Reports, SQL, Access and a variety of CMS.

With over 12 years across the not-for-profit sector, Julia has gained a wealth of insight working across the Australian Not-For-Profit and Higher Education industries. Having attained a Bachelor of Psychology (Hons), Julia is particularly interested in using psychological science coupled with philanthropic data capture and analytics to provide truly unique insights into your donor-base and prospect pool.

Julia is particularly skilled in Database Management, Business Process Mapping, Data Transformation, Visualisation, and Advanced Analytics. Julia is highly skilled at utilising Blackbaud products, Tableau, SPSS, Crystal Reports, SQL, Python and Microsoft Access to deliver intelligible business insight.
